Künstler Sassenagh is an Irish Style Red Ale brewed with a balanced, easy-drinking character of caramel and toasted notes. The reddish copper color originates from both the crystal malt and a small dose of roasted barley, which play well with the slightly sweet overall character. At 5.5% ABV and 16 fl oz (473 mL), the brew finishes dry and in true Irish fashion, begging for another.

The label artwork features a minimalist design – a dark background dominated by a stylized, stark white crest with the brewery’s name and the beer’s title. Beneath the lettering is a subtle, repeating geometric pattern, and a quick aside from the brewer himself, Ethan, is included, playfully describing the aroma and flavor as reminiscent of “chocolate and fresh leather.” The label also prominently displays the brewery’s location in San Antonio, Texas.
