Tasting notes

Intense ruby red color. The nose offers fruity notes of cherry and underbrush, enriched with sensations of spice and chocolate. Tannin prevails in the mouth, with a meaty, savory palate. Ideal with flavorsome pasta and rice dishes, such as porcini mushroom risotto, pasta with ragu sauce, grilled meat and roasts. Also excellent with medium-mature cheese.
