Tasting notes

Dark garnet core, ruby rim. On the nose, white flowers, fresh cut herbs, bright Bing cherry followed by cola, clove, and vanilla. Secondary traces of tobacco, powdered cocoa, and dried citrus peel. Deep and rich on the palate with ripe red and black fruit and a supple, polished texture. Hints of cocoa, baking spice, and subtle savoriness emerge mid-palate, with balanced acidity and fine tannins carrying through to a long, smooth finish. Blend: 26% Cabernet Franc, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Zinfandel, 22% Merlot, 6% Barbara
