Dark ruby red color. Intense and elegant aromas of ripe fruit and spices, with a slight scent of vanilla and tobacco. Persistent and warm taste, velvety and harmonic.Fine red meat, chateaubriand and beef fillet, risotto, medium-high aged cheeses. Its slender shape helps cleanse the palate when combined with stews, ragù or with the classic Veronese boiled meats. Blend: 60% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Croatina, 5% Oseleta
