Mas de Can Blau is produced from a small selection of Mazuelo (Carignan), Grenache, and Syrah vines that are 35-50 years old. After a careful hand-selection of the grapes, the wine is fermented separately in small stainless steel vats before being transferred to new French oak barrels for 18 months of aging. Aromatic nose of black and blue fruits, licorice, vanilla and smoky oak. Supple and expansive with impressive vivacity and depth, slow-building tannins, spice and floral notes.
