Bright ruby color. Fragrances of peony on greedy aromas of red fruits, spices and fine woody notes. The attack is frank, with a very fine aromatic expression. Beautiful energy on a supple texture and well-integrated tannins. Good length with spicy notes. A great classic Burgundy, ideal with braised or roasted meats or a brioche sausage.
