Straw yellow with typical greenish reflections. Broad, delicious, with scents of wild flowers, almonds, white and yellow fruits such as apple, pear, white plum and gooseberry. Fresh, dry, intense, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, soft with good body, well-balanced acidity and pleasantly long aftertaste. Perfect nose-palate affinity. Pairs well with appetizers, shellfish and seafood. Also excellent as an aperitif and with sushi.
