Filaments
United States: California
Filaments is a boutique California winery founded in 2015 by Kevin Farrow and Erik Latshaw. The winery focuses on small-lot wines from distinctive vineyards, using minimalist winemaking practices such as native yeast fermentations and neutral oak aging to let the vineyard speak rather than the cellar.
