Borne of Fire epitomizes the terroir of The Burn. This rugged, yet elegant wine leads with herbaceous aromas. The wine has flavors of plum, white pepper, and carpaccio with smooth tannins. A raspberry tea inflected finish rounds out the overall experience. Pairs well with beef sliders, Caribbean pork sandwich, gnocchi with braised beef brisket and garlic chicken wings.
