Medium body with silky texture, vibrant acidity, and well-integrated medium tannins Pair with fried stuffed squash blossoms; meatloaf (traditional or vegan); classic holiday dinner with all the trimmings; bacon cheeseburger; braised short ribs; cassoulet; and hot pot eggplant ragu with jasmine rice.
