Brilliant and translucent ruby in color, this wine reveals an expressive nose of hibiscus, tea rose, pomegranate, and Maraschino cherry, layered with subtle hints of cinnamon, clove, and English lavender. On the palate, a light body and crisp acidity are balanced by lush fruit and spice, culminating in intense flavors and a refined, lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with avocado and beet salad, tomato tart, hoisin pork buns, trout and watercress fritters, chicken Caesar salad, and French onion soup. Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Tempranillo
