Tasting notes

Brilliant and crystalline with a rose gold hue, this wine evokes a summer sunset in a bottle. The nose opens with white nectarine, honeydew melon, and wild strawberries, followed by hints of spun sugar, fresh taffy, and Chantilly cream. As it evolves in the glass, layers of lychee and guava emerge, interwoven with subtle notes of tea rose, star jasmine, a touch of sage, and a delicate hint of nutmeg. On the palate, it is light, crisp, and elegant, with a silky texture and a harmonious balance of juicy, delicate fruit and gentle acidity, culminating in an expansive, luxurious finish. Ideal pairings include lobster rolls, fried fish sandwiches, Niçoise salad, potato and spring pea galette, shrimp and grits, and watermelon, feta, and mint salad. Blend: 75% Zinfandel, 20% Muscat Blanc, 5% Viognier
