Original Press Release

Emerging THC beverage company releases three delicious and innovative brands crafted to meet a variety of consumer tastes while adhering to local state regulations.

Nashville, TN (March 25, 2026) -- PourMe Beverages, the pioneering beverage company that is driving innovation in the rapidly expanding hemp-derived market, today launched with three flagship brands specifically crafted for different consumption occasions, yet formulated to comply with regulations in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Additional markets are planned in the coming weeks.

PourMe Beverages is the passion project of professional motocross racer turned beverage entrepreneur Jamey Grosser, whose previous ventures include the Realtree Outdoor Energy Drink and Popcorn Sutton’s Tennessee White Whiskey. Early on, Grosser recognized the potential and the challenges that beverages entering the hemp-derived market would face and began to construct a team that could deliver exceptional quality without compromising on flavor or compliance.

“Navigating the hemp-derived beverage industry reminds me of everything I’ve read about alcohol in the immediate post-prohibition era,” said Grosser. “It is highly regulated, confusing, and exploding in popularity. But industries like this always grow into something massive.”

In preparing for this launch, Grosser compiled not only a team of sales, market and production experts, but he also built an operation capable of tailoring product formulations and packaging requirements to comply with specific market regulations. He has also attracted distribution partners to build a network that is clamoring for product.

Products will launch initially in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, where the portfolio will be distributed by Gold Coast Eagle Distributing, Lipman Brothers and others.

“This reminds me of when craft beer and hard seltzers first emerged. People initially scoffed at them, but we won’t be late to this category,” said John Saputo, CEO, Gold Coast Eagle Distributing. “The Delta-9 THC drinks market is still in its infancy — like a small fish swimming among beer, wine, and spirits whales — in Florida, we’re moving more than 3,000 cases a month, and growing 10 to 20 percent. We’re looking for the right brands, and PourMe Beverages, with their commitment to quality, transparency and compliance, fits the bill.”

At launch, the PourMe Beverages portfolio includes three unique brands, each crafted to cater to diverse consumer preferences while adhering to individual state regulatory standards.

Named for Joseph Killebrew, the first Commissioner of Agriculture in Tennessee, who single-handedly built the hemp industry in the 1800s. This brand speaks to the people who, much like Killebrew, forged the way for hemp from the beginning. They honor tradition while also challenging the status quo. Available in 10mg THC in 12-oz or 16-oz cans (4-packs), in Half & Half Tea and Raspberry Tea flavors.

This bubbly, zero-calorie, zero-sugar delight is the perfect summertime refreshment. Infused with low-dose THC, this drink is a refreshing alternative to alcohol — keeping things fun, social, and totally guilt-free. Weltzer tastes how an endless summer feels and is available in 5mg THC in 12-oz cans (4-packs) in Ginger Peach and Passion Fruit Pear flavors.

Crafted for the social butterflies. The extroverts. The risk takers and rule breakers. The always welcoming, people-gathering, dance-all-night friend we all know and love. It’s for the friend group that has no room for hangovers in the next day’s plans. Available in 10mg THC in 12-oz cans and 12mg THC in 16-oz cans (4-packs) in Citrus and Orange flavors.
