Original Press Release

Building on its longstanding commitment to sustainability and land conservation, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is continuing its partnership with the National Park Foundation (NPF), reaffirming its support of America’s national parks and public lands. In addition to monetary support of NPF’s efforts to protect the outdoors, Sierra Nevada Brewing's legendary Pale Ale packaging will temporarily feature stunning landscapes from national parks as the brand seeks to connect beer lovers with the places that inspire adventure, stewardship and awe.

Building on the momentum of last year’s NPF partnership, Sierra Nevada Brewing is expanding the program to include additional parks and activations, inspired by fans’ overwhelming connection to the partnership and love of the outdoors. The limited-edition packaging art will again be featured on Pale Ale’s external cartons, but, new this year, it will also be featured on the bottles and cans. The full color illustration art will replace the classic Pale Ale mountain scene with the stunning vistas of one of six iconic parks, including Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Yosemite National Park, and new for this year, Joshua Tree National Park, Shenandoah National Park and Zion National Park. The limited-edition packaging can be found on shelves beginning in April through July 2026.

“Our Pale Ale has always been inspired by the outdoors; we see it as a responsibility to give back to the places that shaped it,” said Mandi McKay, Chief Sustainability and Social Impact Officer at Sierra Nevada Brewing. “Continuing this partnership allows us to use our most iconic beer to raise awareness for the National Park Foundation and help sustain the parks we all love.”

The brewery’s contribution to NPF will support the nonprofit’s efforts to protect America’s most treasured places and expand opportunities for people to connect with them in meaningful ways.

Outdoor fans can purchase exclusive Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and National Park Foundation merchandise on the brewery’s website beginning April 15, 2026. Gear includes limited-edition hoodies, t-shirts, hats, coolers and picnic blankets to accompany any outdoor adventure.

Adventurous fans will also have the opportunity to enter the brand’s sweepstakes to win a trip including travel, lodging and a VIP experience to an AutoCamp location of their choosing to spend time in the great outdoors.
